Find a different supplier.
The lights I purchased met my specification and operated as desired. I probably could have sourced them for less and got the same quality.
The two fans that I spent $1000 suck. I had spec'ed that the fans be 240V and have a remote. I was sent fans that operate on 120V and do not have a remote. The switches do not fit in standard electrical gang boxes and have propitiatory face plates. Completely useless and sitting in a box.
