Warranty period starts (and may terminate) before you buy the miners
I bought several Scrypt miners from them. The delivery was super slow. But the worst is that one of the miners (Antminer L9) after just a month of use started switching off and sometimes wouldn't turn on on the first try. I contacted Leedminer, sent the the log file, their advice was "re-plug the cable and try again". Over time the miner worked worse and worse, sometimes I would need 10-15 attempts to start it, until one day it just stopped working and wouldn't turn on at all. I contacted Leedminer again, but they said that "the warranty for this miner is 1 year. However, 1 year counts from the date it was manufactured, not from the date I bought it from them". Since it was manufactured more than a year ago, they just told me that now that is my problem and they can't help me. They also claimed that they warned me when I was buying the miners to check the date they were manufactured and see how much warranty is left using the serial number (a lie, they never said anything about the fact that the warranty period had started before I bought the miners, and they also provided serial numbers only after the miners were shipped). So, to summarize: 1. The miners they sell might have no warranty at all - if they had bought them long time ago and they were on their shelf for a long time. 2. When the miner worked, but the issue appeared and there was still time to locate the problem and fix it - they suggested to just "re-plug the cable". 3. At the end they also gaslighted me, claiming that they warned me about the warranty, which they never did. Overall, i wouldn't recommend buying there and instead pick some other companies.
Great service, good price
Great service. Purchased an Antminer L9 through a rep named Dora. I was able to give a 50% deposit to secure a price, and sent the remainder later that week. Shipping was surprisingly quick. No issues whatsoever.
Great experience
Great experience. It's always a bit wracking buying from a new supplier online. The reviews were good for Leedminer, they had videos of themselves on YouTube showing the various miners they sell. So I decided to give them a go. The communication from Alex in their sales team was fantastic. She answered every question I had and stayed in constant communication with me. The factory delayed shipments of the miner, but the price remind the same, even with subsequent prices rises due to the miners popularity. Once the miner was ready it was shipped via DHL, customs cleared before landing, and on its way for delivery once gst had been paid. I would thoroughly recommend buying from Leedminer. They had some of the sharpest rates I could find while still dealing with a reputable company. I would definitely buy from them again. 5 stars for Leedminer, and 5 stars + for Alex.

It was such a smooth experience and delivery was lightning fast, i got my miner delivered in Canada within 6 days if making payment, best part is they accept crypto (tons of options to choose from). My order was taken care by Susie and i highly recommend. Prices are preety competitive compared to other sellers out there. 💯 go for it.

My First Experience was AMAZING
I was very skeptical about doing all this. The more research I did the better i felt but I was nervous to pull the trigger. I reached out to the company first to ask some questions and instantly got answers. I got paired up with Susie and she was fantastic. She answered all my questions and kept me updated each day about my order. I had some issues in the beginning sending payment and was nervous about it but Susie kept me informed and reassured me the whole way. I just got conformation on my order and should be shipping in 2 days. I will keep you all posted if anything goes south.

BEWARE FRAUDULENT SCAM - BAIT & SWITCH
BEWARE FRAUDULENT SCAM....Made a purchase of 2 miners for spot at Leedminer as an experienced host. Paid successfully though the website the asking price and waited. When miners did not ship spot and no notification, I reached out to them. I was told that the price had now changed after my purchase and I would be receiving next month shipment now! I showed them proof that my invoice was for spot same month and oy now, weeks later after my purchase the website was different showing following month! They eventually agreed that there was a problem on their side and they changed the price after my order. However they refused to honor the purchase price and proceeded to tell me I now needed to pay hundreds extra per miner to still get spot as I ordered. Since they already had my initial payment and these miners were promised to a customer and were already late, I was forced to take the chance and paid the additional. So next they told me the miner would be shipped that same day and definitely before Chinese holidau. However the miners did not ship and we're pushed to the following month! Not only do I loose money now since my customer bought elsewhere and no longer wants these, but I requested then at least refund me the extra I paid for spot since was their fault. They again agreed that it was their mistake but will not refund the additional they made me pay for spot! I told them I had enough, just cancel the full order and refund and they refused. They ghost me now on Telegram and do not respond. I would stay away from this company due to these disreputable practices. I buy from many resellers and vendors being a host (including for some very popular youtubers all know) for a long time and can tell you that you should STAY AWAY as this company clearly runs Bait-and-Switch SCAMS. Only If Leedminer takes the right steps and MAKES THIS RIGHT, I will update here right away but you are warned. Don't get fooled and do not buy from these SCAMMERS like I did and loose your money...

I ordered 10 units of the "KS0 Ultra" from Leedminer.com. As they where among the cheapest vendor I found, I tried my luck even though I was a bit sceptical at first! As it was my first order with them, I was afraid that I'll pay and the units never arrive. Luckily everything went well and the ordered products arrived super fast! Thank you very much Leedminer-Team. Not only did the sales manager called "Fisher" give me a great discount on the price shown on the website, but also responded very quickly and informative to all my questions about shipping as well as customs clearance. The payment-process made with ETH through Coinpal was smooth and secure. Leedminer is a chinese company which will ship directly from China but don't think it'll take long: My shipment took only 3 days till it arrived in Switzerland!
