BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered the punisher Ford sweatshirt in a 4x for my husbands Christmas who Normally wears a 3x. I ordered it on December 6th and it finally arrived on January 2nd he tried it on and it was way too small. I tried to talk to someone about exchanging it and all they would say is we will give you 30 percent on your next purchase. F that! Bad customer service!

Great service!

Product arrived very quickly. Good quality. I was very nervous buying off of Leesilk but the response to messages were quick and I had no issues. I will be a repeat customer.

It’s been over a month since I order my sweatshirt and I have sent two different things contacting leesilk to see what happened to them and I’ve heard nothing.

Never received my order

Never received my order it's already been over a month. The site said I would receive my merchandise before Christmas and it never came. Will never order here again.

Delivery issues

Buying the product was easy and smooth. However the delivery process was dreadful and I have yet to receive my order. It was Noguchi 12/15/2019 and today is 1/1/2020 and the order has not been delivered

I would never buy anything from this company again. It did not get here in time for Christmas (and I ordered it in plenty of time to get here), I got 2 stories when I asked were it was because the tracking number never showed anything,The first thing I was told was it never shipped but they put the paper work through as if it was the order! WHAT? then I was told it did ship and when the shipping info was updated it was lost or stuck in the same place from the 13th to the 21st. I got it the day after Christmas and when I opened it it was the wrong item and it had stains on it. They said it was the right item even though they charged me the higher price and they would not send the right one. they told me i could wash the item to clean it up. Very poor customer service. when I sent the proof that they gave me the wrong one all they came back with was we do not understand. You can not call them even though they have a number for the US.

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase of a 3D zip hoodie. The hoodies isnt a thick sweatshirt material, it's more thin and slick feeling but great for spring and fall! The colors are amazing and the design turned out perfect! Shipping was super fast to canada only about 2 weeks give or take a few days altogether. I would def reccomend! Sizing is also perfect!

Excellent Customer Service. Item took a while for delivery but was to be sent to UK and I was informed at each stage of order process. Item arrived in time for Christmas which was great but had an issue with the print on the item - contacted Leesilk who replied straight away with different options to resolve. Very professional and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again
