When we got our garage storage unit and it was all set up, we could not use either the dead bolt lock or the regular lock on the side door because they would not line up with the frame openings. The door knob would not work and the keys would not fit the dead bolt lock. We also could not lock the roll up garage door because it would not line up with the opening provided on the rail for the latch. We look forward to getting these items repaired and then our review may possibly go up.
They showed up on time. They worked hard all day in the heat. They built a quality product in our back yard. We are very pleased and recommend Leland's to anyone who needs a top quality shed or carport.
The two salesmen I dealt with were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting me what I wanted. Delivery was almost 2 weeks to the day from when I ordered my building. The delivery guy got my building spot on to where I had it staked out. I highly recommend Lelands Barn to anybody!!
The inside salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and revisions to the contract that I requested.
The crew that came out to do the installation knew what they were doing and didn't even break for lunch. I watched the entire build and they addressed and questions and concerns I had. They cleaned up the site before they left and had me check out the building one more time to make sure I was satisfied.
From order to delivery I have been satisfied. The representatives were thorough, informative, and above all assistive. The delivery was no easy feat for the driver, but he hung in there to meet every challenge and provide perfect customer service and satisfaction.
the crew did an outstanding job. the only problem is the length of the tractor truck because of the sleeper and the mule if the rig had a shorter wheel base it would be easer to manover into position. respectfully, joe rowland
excellent price, excellent quality of product, but more than anything.....EXCELLENT STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had been to a couple of different vendors just to explore my options and Leland's was definitely a great decision!
Audie in New Caney location was awesome! And the guy who delivered the building was very professional. I love the painted cabin. It will make an excellent home office.
Building is superior in construction and materials. No where will you find more competent people or more polite people. From sales to delivery they are top notch.
Thanks for everything. I would recommend you all to everyone that is in need of extra storage space that looks great. The sales staff was great to work with. Again Thanks for everything.
