I needed a barn to give me extra storage space. I didn't want to travel to a storage center to visit my items. Marcus made the process easy even when there were problems with obtaining a city permit. I have my building now and it is gorgeous. My whole neighborhood congregated in my back yard just to look at it up close. It was professionally delivered and anchored properly.

Very high quality, fast build onsite, good customer service
Bought my barn in Crosby. They were excellent. Answered all my questions and designed it to my needs. Delivery was prompt and building was well built . Had a few exterior nicks and scrapes that needed to be repaired . Service tech came out and did an excellent job can’t even tell where the problem was . I rarely give five stars but in this day and age getting what you paid for and having good customer service is rare. I got both .

This was Great ! Completely built and painted in our backyard in one day! Very happy with it!
One finishing board missing on end of shelf. A couple of small holes on back where a board was placed to keep high wires off building. Paint on walls appears very thin.
Everything looked good when delivered. They did forget to put the wind turbine on it. They did say they would come out and make it right.

The prices are lower than other places I've been to and had delivered with in a week. They are friendly with no pressure on the sale or type of building we wanted.
Very happy with my purchase I purchased a 10X12 Painted Garden Shed from Leland's. They built it on-site in one day and I've had it about 3 weeks now. Even after deciding on Lelands I continued to look at other options to validate my choice, and I really didn't find anything I would rather buy. The quality and value are both top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Even the "add-on" items such as the metal ramp were good quality and not over priced.
My only issue is with the delivery of the building. Some of the boards at the roof are lose i didn't notice til the delivery guy left. I'm concerned the frame maybe bent on my building
My experience was great. The people their were very friendly and down to earth. All my questions were answered. The delivery driver was very nice and polite. I would recommend this company to anyone. I'm already thinking about getting another building soon.
