Was transferred 3 times with the “manager” trying to talk me into their debt relief program. When I said I am just looking to do the loan he kept trying to talk me out of the loan and telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Rude tone through out.

Fangs dropped
Rep was rude when I shared that wasn’t interested in his debt relief program and continuously made degrading comments about my financial situation which isn’t terrible as the majority of my debts are being paid on time. My husband and I are both battling cancer so I really didn’t appreciate his snide comments - as I am doing the best I can with one income. I’d like to see him try to balance all the crap I deal with daily. GTFO

I received a good list of potential…
I received a good list of potential lenders. All were reasonable offers. I accepted one and was quickly approved. On a negative side, after being approved, I received another offer from Upstart stating they were a partner with Lending Tower, and were also offering a loan. Then I received three other offers from lenders that were on the list from Lending Tower. I only selected to one company. I did not appreciate others offering when I didn't solicit offers from them.
