You don't communicate properly
You don't communicate properly. You use emails and text messages instead of verbal communication. Everyone don't know how to use those, you could at least call and walk people through proper steps. Other thing assign certain individuals to certain projects instead of every communication being from different person you talked with last. BUNCH OF CONFUSION , SEEMS LIKE YOURE DOING INTENTIONALLY.

It was a little rough in the beginning
It was a little rough in the beginning, miscommunication issues mainly. One of my loans just got cut in half for a settlement, but the legal fees almost made it the original amount. I did not like that the fee payment was not shown on the document I was sent. I had to do the math myself to figure out the answer to my question. It would be better to be offered a review after the process is complete to give a proper review.

Progress Law has been working hard for me!
Progress Law has been working hard for me and has shown dedication to reach settlements to help payoff my debt. I am fairly new and am still working the program and hope to see continued success as we press on. Hopefully at the end I will be able to give those 5 stars!
