Wonderful experience thus far. So far they have helped me consolidate all my debt. Constructed a straight forward payment plan and handled settlements. Progress has answered all my questions and been easy to communicate with. I am truly blessed they called me and I learned more about them. It would have taken a very long time to pay off my debt without them. With them I have confidence and no longer feel overwhelmed. When capital one escalated legal matters progress stepped in and handled all the stress without me needing to worry. Everything has been better than expected and I am very grateful for every interaction I’ve had. Their app is so easy and straightforward to know right where I stand in a year and a few months I’ll be totally debt free and that’s a pretty great accomplishment. If I could check zero stars I would…

If I could check zero stars I would have. I had 2 settlements by the time I got 1 paid off I realized what was happening. I paid exactly what I owed to begin with a 5000+ fee? Plus 45 a month for a lawyer I never heard from this fee that fee, my original rep sold me on taking away the interest and a lower payment because the whole reason for doing this was because I couldn’t afford the payment I was paying the card, but after 2 years I was paying double what I was paying the card company. Yes you dropped off my interest but charged me over 5 grand to do that and everyone on here talks about great communication and talking you through it, well yeah! That’s what they are trained to do work on our ignorance or we would do this ourselves right? It’s just a scam it’s a company out to make money off selling you a solution to a problem your having with big words and confident people on the phone but as many as I’ve spoken to they all speak the same it’s called que cards. I’m glad they solved 1 account for me but trust me when I tell you I paid every bit that was owed without the settlement offer. Do your math people!
