Total joke. Don't waste your time. I applied for a debt consoilidation loan to pay off all my existing debts and bring down my debt ratio. So what do they tell me? Sorry your debt ratio is too high for another loan but we will be happy to ruin your credit by negotiating lower rrates etc. Even if they can do that, it ruins your credit because it still shows on your report that you didnt pay as agreed.

Ashley the rep who called me was the most condescending, rude human I’ve ever spoken to before. I feel sorry for people who are in actual need of help and have to deal with her. I asked if they were a debt consolidation company or another debt settlement scam operation. She responded with “why are you asking that?” I should’ve known from that response the rest was going to be a waste of time. Instead of asking questions and truly listening to the situation, they go through your “soft credit pull” with incorrect information and begin to tell you how horrible of a situation you’re in. For someone who’s supposed to be impartial and supportive they sure do have speaking down to people mastered. What a joke.

They advertise and say that your credit score doesn't matter and you could have a score of 570 and still get a loan. My score was much higher and still was not able to get a loan and I have over $200,000 in equity in my home. People were very rude.
