Transition lens not correct color
Took forever with the expedited shipping but did get refunded for that. Received the absolute wrong color on transition lens and they want us to send them back. Already took awhile to receive them. Customer service was good but still for almost 300 you’d think the color would be right.

I've done business with LensesRX for years, in Ludington a little earlier this year, and I have never had any real issue. They've been really good ! However THIS TIME whoever handled the Order acted as if they did NOT want o be bothered when I tried to track the package and asked a few questions because it was running late , AND they did the Tinting which I PAID for WRONG! I Specifically asked for GRADIENT , but apparently they said the Hell with what I ask for..So Im very unpleased this go round !!

I love LensesRX. I love their prices. I love their communication. I love the quality of what they produce. I've bought lenses and frames there many times, and it's always been a very good experience. If you can't handle a week or two wait, then don't use them, but if you plan ahead, they're great and will save you a bunch. The thing I really appreciated this time (got new lenses), is that I sent in the old lenses (and they returned them), but what was impressive is that on the old lenses they had marked several locations, with a fine tip sharpie, with crosses and lines, which told me they were doing everything possible to get my new lenses just right.

We contacted you and confirmed the frames were available. We placed the order on line, frames only on Feb 24. I received a notice that the optometrist approved and nothing. It's now been two weeks and we still have no status on the order.
