The customer service is above and beyond. They have a variety of frames at different prices for every budget. They let you know step by step what is happening with your order and when it will ship. If there is any problem, they address it immediately. Always top of my list for frames.

The customer service was phenomenal. There was a mistake in the size, but when I called them and told them about it, they immediately gave me a return authorization and corrected it and sent it back. I chose them because I was referred to them by a friend, but the line on there website that said they did not wear suits was what drew me to them 😀😀 and I’m glad. I will definitely recommend them.
Took to long. I paid $30 for rush shipping but that is only from them to you not the entire process. Never again
My Glasses werw sent to me with the wrong prescription. i thiink had to pay to ship them back to have this issue corrected.
I had a problem with the coating on my lenses. It was causing me to have to clean them all the time. I contacted Lensesrx and they remade my lenses for me. I've been using them for years and have always had a good experience.

First time customer. Had new lenses installed on my old frames. Vision was blurry when I received them back. I reached out to LensesRx customer service with this issue. They were very apologetic and sent a shipping label to return them in order to re-do the lenses. The second attempt was much better! My vision was clearer and the glasses did not give me a headache. I am very please with LensesRx, and will use their services again.
I had a Silhouette frame and my regular optician’s office gave me a price of around $400 to get new lenses. LensesRx updated my Silhouette frames with new lenses for less than $200. Will definitely use again!
Order processed and shipped fast. Prescription quality seems no worse than Zenni. Perhaps a little better. More options for lenses than Zenni for sure.
Was extremely disappointed that I didnt receive a pair of prescription sunglasses that I had ordered and paid expedited shipping on in the time frame that I was assured I would receive them by. I was counting on them for a baseball tournament and not receiving them left me in a bind. Their customer service folks did however seem to be fair and easy to work with.
