The Le Son LS10 MkII Moving Coil Cartridge has been an absolute joy from the get-go, and here's why.
Firstly, the delivery was impressively swift and hassle-free, a rare feat in these times. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the cartridge arrived at my doorstep here in Bristol, well-packaged and in perfect condition.
Now, onto the cartridge itself. I must admit, I was a bit daunted at the prospect of setting it up correctly on my Technics SL-1200 GR. However, an email to the customer support, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Gregory, who was incredibly helpful. He guided me through the process of setting the optimum load on my Vertere Acoustics Phono-1 MkII phono preamplifier and offered invaluable tips on aligning the cartridge on the tonearm. This level of customer service is indeed commendable.
The LS10 MkII's performance has been outstanding. The sound quality has improved markedly compared to my old cartridge. There's a certain warmth and clarity that I hadn't realised I was missing. Listening to my records now, I'm hearing details and nuances that were previously lost. It's as if my vinyl collection has been given a new lease of life.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Le Son LS10 MkII highly enough. It's not just the cartridge's performance that's exemplary; the entire experience, from ordering to setup, has been seamless. A big thank you to Gregory and the team for their support and for offering such a quality product at an affordable price.

Dear Mr. Garrett,
We are delighted to read that the LS10 MKII cartridge has brought such joy to your vinyl listening experience. Thank you for sharing your enthusiasm and for recommending us. Enjoy the music!
Having years of experience in high-end audio equipment, I am always on the lookout for components that can improve my listening experience. The LeSon LS10 MKII Moving Coil Cartridge has done just that.
I was initially skeptical about the LS10 MKII, especially given its price point, which is significantly lower than my previous, much more expensive cartridge. However, from the moment I set the needle down on my reference Norah Jones record, I was astounded. The clarity, depth, and detail this cartridge brings to my records is nothing short of phenomenal.
The LS10 MKII displays a remarkable ability to extract every nuance from the grooves. The bass is tight and punchy, the mids are rich and full, and the highs are crisp without ever becoming harsh. The soundstage is wide and immersive, placing each instrument and vocal in a precise, three-dimensional space.
Installation was straightforward. It's also worth noting that the build quality is exceptional, reflecting the care and craftsmanship that Le Son has put into this product.
In conclusion, the LeSon LS10 MKII is an outstanding moving coil cartridge that represents incredible value for money. It has leveled up my system, and outperforms cartridges that cost much more. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an upgrade that truly makes a difference. The LS10 MKII is a game-changer.
