It's the people at Catapult that make the experience great. I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job of explaining situations in a way that’s easy to understand. We have been members for many years and plan to continue being members for many more.

I am a huge fan of Catapult. As a matter of fact, membership is a condition of employment for me. As a one person HR leader, knowing that I have their knowledge and tools at my fingertips makes my life so much easier and less worrisome than if I were going it alone. I use many of their services: COBRA, Background, HR Advice line, Compensation, Training and Project Management to name a few.
It is less than 5 stars because the last speaker of day 1 basically said HR will be automated and obsolete. She really dampened my day by talking about a really bleak future. It really made my opinion on AI go down.
