ten minutes after my order i sent several email and messages to cancel the order and have my money refunded and today i received these glasses that are rubbish. its really rubbish and no one should fall in this trap nobody should buy this crap
The glasses they sale are not as advertised. I tried many times to contacted them by email for return, but they replied in Chinese written, which I don't understand. Don't buy multifocus glasses from them.
I ordered the self adjusting glasses that I had seen on their you tube advert, what I got was a cheap plastic pair with different lenses, so I asked for my money back, which they refused to do, offering to send me a different product as compensation then asked me to pay$30 for delivery! Don’t order anything from them it is just a scam!!
This company lewaiially is lowest of lowest scammer. My friend asked me to order them and they kepted asking if l heard from them. I have e-mailed the a few times but get a message back their inbox is full. I hope and know karma will get you. I hope your proud of ripping people off that thought your products were good . Don’t buy anything advertised on YouTube. Everything coming from china like this product is a scam! The item either doesn’t work or they send you something completely different then what was advertised or they don’t send you anything at all. Your credit card will not reemburse you because the money has left the country and no way to get it back. Customers only recourse is to contact YouTube and threaten to sue them for false advertising and unfair business practices. May not get your money back, but if YouTube gets enough complaints, they will take the site down. It will protect the next suckler from getting robbed!
This company is an absolute scam. They ought to be charged for fraudulent advertising and obtaining property by deception. What you receive for your payment bears no resemblance to the advertised product. YouTube should block them from advertising, they have a duty of care to protect customers.
I ordered two glasses and I only received one very poorly packaged when I tried them on everything was so blurry near and far absolutely rubbish tried emailing them a couple of times. No reply can’t find their phone number anywhere. I’m so disgusted so so fake. Don’t buy anything from them.

This company is extremely fraudulent. I never been to the website and I never heard about the company or products. However, this scammer charged me $42.86. I disputed with my creditcard company. I did not even try to contact the scammer company because it will be of no use. The company's website is closed. The owner of the company should go to jail for long time.
I ordered the Presbyopic glasses. These were not as described in their advertisement. I can buy these at any corner drugstore for $5.00. I worked for weeks trying to obtain a return authorization. I finally accepted a 60 percent credit just to be done with the headache. My advice is to avoid this company completely.
Glasses are rubbish, can't see near or far, Its a big scam, stay away from this seller. No customer service, they just keep sending you to different emails, then tell you they can't find your order, when you complain they ignore you.

I bought a pair of their so call no need to change for myopia, long sightness and near. What a load of crap they were. I immediately sent an email for a full refund and have communicated 11 emails. No refund received. Olga, the person who want to haggle and only pay 25% back. I have returned mail the glasses and been 2 weeks since my last email with no response. They advertise on YouTube with different companies selling it. It's all a fraud. They have a warehouse in NSW where they send out all their products. I want to avoid other customers from purchasing from this shonky business. I would give it a -5*starts if I could. They worst online purchase I ever bought.

I bought a pair of these glasses with the claim of correcting astigmatism and other vision issues. Not true at all, I cannot see anything through them. This is their claim: ⚡One pair of glasses can correct multiple vision problems such as presbyopia, myopia, and astigmatism. Can’t see clearly through this pair of glasses. I wanted to try it to see if your advertisement was true. Unfortunately, I tried it and it did not work. I would like a refund please. I’m not sure what you want me to tell you. Total nonsense it cost me 50$ Canadian. I have followed the instructions to get a refund which they say their response time is within 24rs(business hours). My request was made Feb 25/26 and I still haven’t heard back from them. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ALL A SCAM AND FALSE ADVERTISING. YOU TUBE AND WHATSAPP SHOULD REMOVE THIS COMPANY FROM THEIR PLATFORM.
Total rip off the glasses sold are nothing like the ones you receive The video streaming on you tube is all glitzy and glamour and the glasses look great but when the arrive they are cheap plastic that you could get for a UK pound
