After many years of work, the company and the site are currently cheating clients and professionals for money. Be careful if you have ever used their services. Because now a lot has changed and there are no real people left - only a scammer and AI / bots for auto-response. Just read other reviews! This is a fraudulent site. Support ignores and does not respond, money is not paid, terrible service. Be careful, the service is cheating for money. I worked with the site for more than 7 years, and now they cheated me. The site cheated me for 2+ thousand dollars, I will write this review every day and write to every client with whom I worked for 7 years so that they make a refund. For the last six months, the site has been deceiving customers and site employees - boosters, they simply stopped paying. Not safe, avoid using them.
After paying for a streamed run my contact said it was impossible due to "error codes." I have been ghosted by support since requesting a refund for the additional cost for a stream. Additionally I was immediately flagged for suspicious activity after they logged off my account.

Reply in that same order chat (or email [email protected] with your order email) and ask for a manager to finish the refund; we will take it from there.
Overcharged / Incompetent pro / No Refund
Placed an order and my card was charged a different amount. Higher, obviously. Pro also had no idea that the content i ordered has been farmable since 2023 and constantly complained how long it would take. "Pro" had no idea how to complete this order. After 5 days of the "pro" not starting the order and not responding I requested a refund and a month later I am still waiting despite every effort to get answers out of them. Annoyingly, they constantly try to sell you other stuff in the chat despite me just wanting what I ordered. Avoid. Update: Now, after a month of requesting the refund and me pushing for answers I was told by LFC to raise a dispute with my bank as they are unable to process refunds. This is despite their own "FAQ" page stating that they provide refunds for services not started. Shocking state of a company.

Will — you were charged a higher amount than expected, the pro did not start for days, and after a month of asking for a refund you were told to dispute with your bank. That is not an acceptable resolution. Email [email protected] with your order code and we will reopen the refund ourselves instead of sending you to your bank.

Biggest Joke of a Site
Biggest Joke of a Site. Made an order, waited entire weekend, no updates. When i cancelled the order, i was given a refund of credit on the site, credit i can then only use HALF of for a new order, so I would have to pay MORE money to not get my order done. I'm told my CREDIT which is MY MONEY has to be used to cover HALF an order. Theives. AI broken english replies. DONT waste your time with this site. ever.

Devin — you waited all weekend with no updates, cancelled, and then could only use half the credit toward a new order. That credit rule should have been explained before you cancelled. Email [email protected] with the order code; we will check whether the unused balance can be refunded to your original payment method.
No action on a service
Select a war frame from their offerings and 6 days later, nothing, no proactive communication, only respond when I ask what is happening. Tried to cancel.

Tony — six days after ordering a Warframe service with no proactive update is too long. Open the order chat (or [email protected] with your login email) and ask to cancel with a full refund if work has not started; a manager can push that through.
