⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After a software update, my Liberlive C1 became completely unusable, which was obviously very frustrating. I contacted Liberlive support, clearly explained the issue, and to my pleasant surprise, the company was very responsive. In just over seven days, a positive solution was provided and the problem was resolved. Since then, I’ve truly rediscovered the pleasure of using the C1, and everything works perfectly. I’d like to commend Liberlive for their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for their customers. It’s great to see a brand that doesn’t leave its users alone when problems arise 👍🏻✨
