I received my PPP loan but yet have been able to get any resolution for my forgiveness. I finally got the application and signed for forgiveness on 10/10/21, here it is almost 90 days loan still not forgiven and can not reach anyone at all. Have left many emails and voicemails only getting automatic reply and no return phone calls
Unable to reach anyone for assisstance, terrible customer service, would not use again nor recommend, reporting
I wish I could give a better review because my loan was approved, processed, and disbursed quickly and painlessly however since that time I have not been able to resolve my current issue regarding the status of the loan forgiveness even though the application was received in July my loan is still showing active and disbursed mid-November instead of paid in full like my 2nd round loan. I would love for a representative to reach out and resolve this situation so I could give a better review.
