Very satisfied with their services. They also have step by step instructions on how to set up everything, makes it so much easier!

I previously both Microsoft office from License Tom and had a GREAT experience. I used the software for several years with no issues before upgrading my computer from Windows to Mac. While purchasing the office software I needed to work with Mac I bought the wrong software and they worked with me to exchange my purchase for the correct software. I do not often leave reviews but this company and product deserve one. I followed all of the directions that were sent to me. It was quite simple in fact. Everything works flawlessly to my amazement at this low cost. The customer service for questions has been speedy and accurate. Definitely do not not go off course here. I purchased MS Office from License Tom for a new PC about a month ago. I installed the software on my computer easily without issue. A little over a month later, MS Office sent me a message saying that I needed to put in my Product Key. When I entered the key, MS Office gave me a failure notice. I sent an email to David at License Tom. He responded promptly with clear instructions on how to rectify the issue. I was able to get MS Office running again quickly. Great customer service from David and License Tom!
