I asked for a refund and am yet to receive a response or refund. I ordered milk and was messaged that it is ready for pick up. I went that day during store hours to pick up my order, but when I got there the store had closed early. Now I understand things happened, but I live an hour away and it's milk that can expire. So I sent a message if I could get a refund since I will not be able to go pick up my order in time but I haven't heard back from anyone....so other than that I can't give a good review just yet. I'm sure the store is very nice and has many treasures, but I just wanted some communication.

Such a great little store. I always prefer doing business with people who are kind, happy to see me & appreciate my business. This little treasure is a joy to shop at AND I always learn something as they are really knowledgeable about the natural products they sell.

Item I ordered online wasn't available the day online site said order would be ready. Owner's father was working and did what he could to make it right, but item simply wasn't available. I believe that the order site is automated and owner may not monitor it. I would have rated her more stars if she had ever responded to my followup emails. Store was cute and had many items related to sustainability.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. We have found that Square is challenge and give us very little control over automated messaging, delivery times estimates, etc and have switched over to Shopify. I am sorry that we fell short of your expectations. I hope you have been able to find a local source for your products. If you ever want to try us out again- we would be grateful for the opportunity.
I love ordering my milk from the Refillery. I order it and get a text when it is ready for pickup. Very nice and professional staff. For their Refillery, if they don't have what you're looking for they'll look for it to get it but they have a LOT of kittens to choose from. Bring your own jar or take a paper sac, buy a small jar, we love the store!
