Dear Life Extension Team, I have been a customer interested in Life Extension products because I truly value the quality, reputation, and scientific approach of your brand. However, my recent shopping experience was unfortunately not completed. I placed an order on July 3rd, 2026, for USD 604.23, paid with my debit card ending in 6868. The order was later canceled, and I was informed that the reason may have been related to resale concerns. As of today, the amount has not yet been credited back to my account, so I am still waiting for confirmation regarding the refund or the release of the pending authorization. I would appreciate clearer communication regarding the reason for the cancellation and the expected timing for the funds to become available again. There are a lot of great supplements…
There are a lot of great supplements company in the world but Life Extension is the world leader in supplements makers. I have been a customer for the past twelve years, and I have no complaint. I have been living with type 2 diabetes since 2005 wasn't Life Extension I could have been gone long time ago . I always complement my medications with LE supplements that is why I am still alive and I will stay with LE until I am not in this world.

Variety, quality and value!
LE has such a wide variety of vitamins and supplements all of which are based on the latest science so I can always find what I need. Plus, I never have to worry about the quality or source which gives me peace of mind re what I'm taking. Process are more than reasonable.

I ordered supplements and they did not…
I ordered supplements and they did not arrive. I wrote to them after 3 weeks (I urgently needed supplements, which I stated in my email). They send me a link to pay again which I did after initial problems because the link did not work. Supplements never came. I wrote again. They answered they did not receive my payment. I checked with my bank and they sent me confirmation of payment which I sent to them. Since then they are copy+paste their email that states they did not receive the payment. I DID NOT GET A REFUND, I DID NOT GET SUPPLEMENTS. How would you call this in a normal world?

Extremely disappointing customer…
Extremely disappointing customer support experience from Life Extension. Their representatives repeatedly provided false information, insisting that I had already received my order when I had not. After conducting my own investigation, I discovered that the package had actually been returned to the merchant. Even then, customer support continued to claim that the shipment was in my possession. The communication was unprofessional, inaccurate, and frustrating. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they repeatedly provided misleading information and failed to take responsibility for finding out what had happened to the order. This has been one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I have encountered. I expected much better from a company of this reputation.
