I have been ordering the same probiotic for many, many years. Before iHerb took over Vitacost, my probiotics were always shipped with a cold pack. It says on the product that refrigeration is recommended. iHerb did not ship my probiotics with a cold pack and so I am concerned that the efficacy is compromised which I told them in my submission. These probiotics aren’t cheap and I need them to work the way they’re supposed to. When I contacted iHerb, they denied any recourse. I sent photos along with my request showing that refrigeration is recommended. They said that the product doesn’t require refrigeration, and therefore I was denied. I am very disappointed in this company‘s customer service. I am rating them two stars instead of just one because at least they did get back with me.

I greatly value the diversity of supplements that iHerb offers along with your frequent actions which is extremely important for me as a retired person, living on a very small Social Security. I was disappointed when you eliminated Healthy Origins from your offered brands but I started exploring iHerb's own brand - California Gold - and fund the quality to be at least as good as Healthy Origins if not even better. My only issue is my inability to use my American Express card directly with you, forcing me to use PayPal. This is a relatively recent development and I know from having spoken to Amex that this problem is at your end and is entirely the fault of the company you use for the pass through.

Every item is automatically converted from USD to AUD. My order is fully invoiced with absolutely no uncertainties. If i make a mistake in my order or want to add or cancel, provided you do it quickly then Iherb is very compliant. Goods are always well packaged and customer is informed with continual notifications. As well IHerb emails me with frequent bonus discounts of which i take advantage. They include free delivery 🌐 provided you spend a stated amount which is modest. Occasionally they're out of stock due to multiple factors (usually out of their control) but will inform you when available. Anyhow this is my assessment of their services over several years
The company is a customer's worst nightmare. it's asking me to pay import customs for double the amount of products purchased for which they never informed or even indicated while the payment was being made. Its refusing to refund/return the items. if this is not scam, what else can we call it? unbelieveable that even in this age, we have old school scammers operating at large, beyound belief! I highly recommend to stay away from these cockroaches!
