I am recently mobility impaired. I live in an apartment complex that complicates delivery service access but I need them to deliver at my door. Tricky start but the matter was figured out promptly. I spent an average $2000+ a year with Vitacost when it was alive and well. Since the iherb takeover, literally everything I used to order has vanished. I can’t even buy organic Madagascar pure vanilla extract. Now they sell vanilla “flavoring“ for a higher price! Ha! What a joke. I’ll return to Sprouts and shop at their 20% off sale.
I always get my supplements from iherb. I trust the source and the reviews. One thing i would change , using SMSA as a courier. SMSA delivery can be delayed and with this extreme hot weather it can affect storage of the orders.

Poor delivery service with Colis Privé. The parcel was delivered to the wrong address. It’s now in the neighbour’s letterbox. The neighbour isn’t there and I can't get it out. In these hot temperatures of 30 degrees and above, the products are going off and getting damaged, unuseable and ineffecive. So money has been spent on unusable and ineffective products. However, iHerb’s products are usually good and well-priced. But unfortunately, the products have now been damaged by the fault of wrong and poor delivery by Colis Privé and high temperatures and are unusable and ineffective now.
