Poor delivery service with Colis Privé. Products got damaged, unusable, ineffective
Poor delivery service with Colis Privé. The parcel was delivered to the wrong address. It’s now in the neighbour’s letterbox. The neighbour isn’t there and I can't get it out. In these hot temperatures of 30 degrees and above, the products are going off and getting damaged, unuseable and ineffecive. So money has been spent on unusable and ineffective products. However, iHerb’s products are usually good and well-priced. But unfortunately, the products have now been damaged by the fault of wrong and poor delivery by Colis Privé and high temperatures and are unusable and ineffective now.
