Poor CS and logistics
I ordered some supplements with them but received absolutely no updates regarding my delivery whatsoever. Roughly one week after placing the order, I got an email telling me to reschedule the delivery directly with the courier. So I made the call and had to go through the hassle of rearranging the delivery myself. And I was made liable for late storage fees and redelivery charges, despite receiving zero delivery updates from iHerb the entire time. I reached out to customer service afterwards to sort this out, yet there wasnt any follow-up whatsoever. Both their logistics and customer service need to be improved.
