I have been doing lab work for 6 years
I have been doing lab work for 6 years. Always going to LabCorp and pulled up on website 😕 and it stated I could go to both quest and LabCorp. Quest is really horrible place to go. So I went to LabCorp. Now I cannot get my lab work and life extension just argued with me instead of fixing the issue. Which seemed simple. I would suggest if they continued to use nasty quest it should be avoided. Too bad for me. Hope they fix it.

Five stars if the test were easier
I'm really sorry about this review because I apparently reviewed the wrong party. I didn't realize it until very late, but I must have called the customer service of the lab that does the lab work, and not Life Extension. When I finally called Life Extension (after the rep at the lab finally let me know I had been emailing them and not Life Extension all that time) their customer service was excellent and helpful. They're sending me a replacement test kit, after just one phone call. If only I had called the right number at first! (I did have problems getting blood on the test card properly. It's a tricky thing to accomplish, I found out, even with the video and instructions.)
If there was a way I would have chosen negative stars. First, the test was not at all easy to do, the blood went everywhere rather than on the circles on the card. Then I called customer service. Christian said to send a photo of the sample, which I did. He emailed back that the sample wouldn't work and to email him first one thing that did not exist in the kit you sent, and then another and another. It's been several days. I feel like I've been sent in circles with no end to it. I suppose you won't refund me the money either. I feel like I've been scammed.

Mistake quickly corrected
I have been long term customer without any complaints, but error happened with recent order. Order was placed for 2 of one product and 1 of another. Order delivery package was missing 1 item, so I called Life Extension. Representative said she would report and send what was missing. And replacement for missing item was delivered shortly.

It now happened to me for the second time in several years that the capsules I received from them are completely covered in dust. EDIT: literally the next bottle had the exact issue, so now 3 times in total (2 times in a row).
I caugh when I accidentally breathe while they're in my mouth. I took the time to email them to explain they had quality issues, and they essentially explained to me that I'm wrong.
It happened twice to the same customer, but apparently it's so rare, that they don't have to worry about it.
With this kind of attitude, I'm not surprised they have issues. I am surprised however, how they managed to become such a dominant player. I guess cost cutting has its benefits 🤷♂️

Yet to try products because it’s taken the Amsterdam team 11 days to even dispatch the items to my address in UK. On querying this, I was told there’d been a bank holiday which had delayed things! Now i’m awaiting UPS delivery which I can expect to be a further 7 days! Customer service were unapologetic and curt.

In the ads it did not say anything…
In the ads it did not say anything about not taking it if you have a liver disease. I was hoping it would help me.. When I received it, I ask my liver doctor and she said it could harm my liver even more. I looked it up on the internet, and everything I saw said it was harmful to the liver if you had a bad liver. I called your company, and she is suppose to refund me my money for the 3 bottles, and I mailed it back UPS yesterday. You need to advise people on this while advertising it. Thank you.
