Tawana is the lady I spoke with to get set up. She told me I'd get a monthly discount and I'd pay 77 a month due to my initial appointment not being set up properly and delayed me a week. Well, I did not get that discount and now when I call, I can't speak to Tawana and they tell me they have to submit it for review. Why did the lady tell me to ask for her if I have any issue and need to call back? This is ridiculous. Not to mention it says on the website same day service guaranteed or your first month free. I asked for that too, didn't get it. Scam artists. *Update* My grievances were promptly looked at and made right.

As far as ordered interlock breathalyzer experiences can go, Lifesafer is so much better in everyway to Intoxalock. God help anyone that uses Intoxalock their monstrosity device and building jump inducing customer service. Lifesafer is easy to use, inconspicuous and calibration takes a minute. A+
