This is hands down the best low-cost hot tub around!
This is hands down the best low-cost hot tub available. It offers more jets than many higher-priced models and is incredibly easy to maintain. This is actually the second time we’ve purchased this same tub—the first one was sold with our previous home—and we specifically chose to buy it again because we liked it that much.
Working with Lifesmart Outlet was seamless. Shipping was free, the tub arrived within just a few days, and the freight company did a great job coordinating delivery. They were professional and easy to work with from start to finish.
Overall, an excellent experience and a fantastic product. Highly recommend!

We are sorry to hear you are not pleased with the cover and the performance. The cover is not intended 'to seal' the spa, rather it sits on top and the straps secure it and anchor it to the spa.

Not enough info on the differences between specific models.
I am disappointed by the overall description of the LS700DX. We had a LS600 in the past and are disappointed in the differences. No "night" mode, jets operate differently (but not better). It's also difficult to find much helpful info on the site so we have to resort to 8 year old Youtube videos for help.

The major difference is listed on the product page highlights, as the LS700DX has two pumps and more jets. That is the major difference in the two tubs (they have the exact same shell).
