BUYER BEWARE items come from China and are not as pictured. I didn’t like any of the 3 items I bought and I tried to return and get a refund and they won’t reply to any of my 5 emails. When I finally disputed it with credit card company they lied to cc company and said they replied and I didn’t ship it back so the Credit card company denied the claim….I got the return address and I had to pay to ship the items myself to China, cost me $30. They got the clothing items back, after I paid for shipping the items and all three items back totally $98.00 they kept that too. I never got my money back or items.
Do not use Lilliagirl or Pay Pal
Ordered dresses for an event, paid expedited shipping, used a PayPal discount, and received the dresses after the 10-15 days. Horrible quality, so I tried to return. No response after multiple tries. PayPal miraculously got in contact with the company and refutes my request to dispute the charge. Is Pay Pal in on this scam, too!?!?
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I paid for expedited shipping, did not receive my order within stated timeframe. Have attempted to reach out for a return without success

Terrible quality
Terrible quality, cheap fabric, does not replicate what is advertised.
Scam!! Don’t lose your money!
Scam!!! It’s been a month and no communication. I paid extra for faster shipping and still nothing. Multiple emails are going unanswered. Do not buy from this site.
VERY POOR QUALITY OF CLOTHING. LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ONLINE.
The quality of the clothing is really bad and looks nothing like the online pictures. One of my pieces had been stepped on with the shoe print still on the material. When I tried to get return information, the emails were short, and then nothing! So, DO NOT order from lilliagirl!! TOTAL SCAM!!
Unexpected order to arrive
I ordered on the 7/4/2024 and I received the dress 12/04/2024. I wasn’t expecting the dress to arrive quickly and the quality is beautiful. I can see that there’s been bad reviews regarding this website and I was skeptical to order. Completely surprised! Thank you for the dress, it is absolutely beautiful ♥️♥️♥️
Didn't receive order.
I ordered a jumpsuit from this company in December and it's now April and I still haven't received it. I tried to contact them to get my money back and received nothing. I disputed it with PayPal so hoping they can resolve it. Don't order from this company. It's a TOTAL SCAM!

Absolute scam company
Absolute scam company. Got my money back through PayPal. Item they said was sent had no legitimate tracking number. Do not order from these scammers
Over 2 months. Still waiting for order.
I ordered a jumpsuit from them 2 1/2 months ago. I sent a dispute to PayPal. They responded the last day the dispute can be open and won’t be able to do another dispute in the future. Now there is a problem with shipping. That was 2 weeks after it was supposedly shipped. Don’t buy from them. Don’t do it! They won’t respond to any customer support request!

Agreed with all the previous reviews
Agreed with all the previous reviews! I ordered 3 dresses. Received 2 of them which look absolutely nothing like the pictures. Requested a return and inquired about the third dress. Got no response for about a month. Filed a dispute with my credit card. Got an e-mail from them the next day saying I can return the two awful dresses, but pay for shipping. I inquired about the third dress. It's been a week with no response. It's a scam. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM & REPORT!!!
Horrible no way to get a refund
Horrible no way to get a refund . No response from these people. Do not order from them. Feel like they are scamming people!!!
Fraud
10-15 day timeline for shipping is not accurate. Ordered in December, almost two months have not received. I asked for a refund due to delay in receiving, and was not given one. Do not buy from this vendor.

Ordered in November 2 dresses no communication received nor my dresses. Emailed support and no reply. Paid via PayPal but don’t know which transaction it was as this is from China and weird transaction references :( DO NOT BUY!
Good luck on returning items
Good luck on returning items! I would give negative starts but it won’t let me. They will not give me a full refund. It’s cheaply made products.
SCAM/dreadful quality
SCAM! Absolutely awful. Do not buy from this company. I ordered 3 dresses, only 2 have arrived and the quality is terrible, not wearable. I did not get what was ordered on the photos on the website. This company is fraudulent and should be shut down. You cannot advertise something and then send something completely different. If I want to return, I have to pay for shipping to China via fedex or DHL.
