I needed overlays for a wedding
I needed overlays to add lace edging on for my daughter’s wedding. I found an incredible sale from TLC for a basic, semi sheer option and decided to take a risk. The overlays came promptly and were well packaged. Sewing them was so easy. With a slightly shiny fabric, sewing can be tricky (and to be honest I procrastinated starting this project because of this fear), but it couldn’t have been easier to add the trim. They now look quite high end. The fabric also ironed up well and lay beautifully. I am excited to see them on the reception tables.

Beautiful table cloth; however it was too big, so I ordered another. Great quality.

Order was delivered quickly and sizes were perfect. The only problem I had was with the largest white one. It was to cover a pool table at my son’s small wedding . We tried everything to get the wrinkles out of it. That was the only thing that stood out snd there was nothing I could do at that point. We hand steamed on the pool table for over an hour after already washing and dryer steaming . If you have any suggestions for future use please let me know.

The tablecloth is not water resistant as I expected it to be, it stains easily and is not as durable as my previous tablecloth.

Thank you for your feedback. At no point on our website do we state that our items are completely stain-proof or water-resistant. These products are made of fabric, not plastic, so staining can occur with normal use.
Nice, but color inconsistencies
The tablecloths are nice and fit well. However, the color consistency changes between tablecloths, especially for different shapes and sizes. I ordered a small round, large round and rectangle cloth in red, green and ivory. The green and ivory colors were in consistent.

Color variation can happen when mixing different shapes and sizes, since they’re produced in separate batches — especially with tones like green and ivory. We try our best to keep everything consistent, but a slight difference is normal.

No receipt of items and no refund
My order was delivered to the wrong address. Was not my house in the delivery picture.Linentablecloth said they couldn't do anything about it and suggested checking with FedEx. FedEx said it was not their fault and closed the claim. I am out over $150 and had to scramble to cover for a wedding I was doing. Neither company was willing to help, and there was no follow-up. Make sure you read the fine print because it says that once it leaves their building they do not take responsibility.

Thank you for contacting us. As we explained, the claim was filed on your behalf, and the outcome was completely out of our hands. Unfortunately, as stated in our policies, we can’t be held responsible for a delivery that we did not handle ourselves. We shipped the items in good faith, and once the package is with the carrier, they are the ones responsible for completing the delivery. At the end of the day, the carrier is fully in charge of the package once it leaves our facility.
