Incorrect shipping dates listed causing more expense
Company shipping dates are no where near correct. This caused me to spend over $100 more than necessary. When asked I was told they prioritize orders that customers pay for. All customers pay for their orders just not for shipping which they shouldn’t have to if they can get the order in on time. In my case based on it being filled by the company on the day I ordered it I would have gotten my order a week and a half before the first date listed as the free shipping arriving. Instead I had to pick the 2 day shipping which was listed as arriving 9 days after I made my order. Additional comments: I want to clarify my experience so future customers can make informed decisions. My concern was about inaccurate shipping dates listed on the company website that caused me to pay over $100 extra to receive my order on time. While the company’s policies prioritize expedited shipping, all shipping timelines listed at checkout were misleading and did not reflect when the order would actually arrive or even close. Also, I was disappointed to see I was called out by name in their response and the reply felt dismissive rather than acknowledging the inconvenience I experienced. I hope this feedback helps others understand what to expect and encourages the company to address customer concerns more thoughtfully in the future.

Hi Mackenzie Dougla, As we’ve already explained, shipping priority is given to the shipping method, not to customers themselves. Orders with paid/expedited shipping are prioritized because they are time-sensitive and intended to arrive before scheduled events. To be clear, we never said we “prioritize customers who pay” — we said we prioritize the shipping service selected. This distinction is clearly explained in both our messages and our policies. Unfortunately, it seems those details were overlooked, which is what has led us here. We understand that you’re upset, but the information was clearly available on our website prior to purchase. If it wasn’t reviewed, that’s not something we can be held responsible for. All relevant details are outlined on our website, and we encourage reviewing them carefully before placing future orders.

What an easy way to get linens for an event! Each tablecloths individually enclosed in a plastic bag. You can order different colors and sizes in the same order. Delivery and order all as expected.
