Linx Legal was great at getting us out of our binding stifling time share and we are now free of that bondage of debt. Lauren, was great along the whole process, it took a little while but it was worth it!

We wanted help exiting a timeshare and got it!
In today's culture, when we are trying get help from technical or professional people, it sure seems that finding someone who will get the problem resolved is challenging. Many companies tell their support staff that they are to wrap up support calls within minutes- resolved or not. Thus, it was a like a breath of fresh air when Kyle Sullivan of Lynx Legal took on our desire to get out of our timeshare. Been trying for many years. But Kyle knew what the roadblocks would be, however, he was confident this would be resolved. It would take between just a few months or up to two years. He had a plan, executed it and he saw it through to completion. We closed it out in a 24-hour window using remote support software. It was handled professionally and politely. Isn't that the sort of help we're all wanting?

Lee Aber at Linx Legal did an excellent job walking me through the process of canceling my timeshare. After every part of the process, I was able to check in, and the response time was almost immediate. His constant instruction, follow-up, and help contacting the company as I ran into challenges were super helpful. We had many awful run-ins with the timeshare company trying to cancel, and it is such a relief not to have to deal with it anymore. I don't think canceling would have been an option without Lee's help at Linx.
TImeshare nightmare resolved
When I started with my timeshares it was a great deal, but as time went on my contract with them accumulated more charges. It got to be unmanageable. When I let someone else rent my timeshare space from me, as I was told I could do by a representative of the timeshare, I was black listed and could not reserve accommodations, but was still expected to pay all the fees. It was truly a nightmare. From the time I contacted Linx Legal they were understanding and helpful. I am impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness with which they resolved my issues. All my timeshare contracts have now been officially severed and I am breathing a sigh of relief. I strongly recommend this service if you are having trouble with a timeshare contract.

Going with Linx Legal was the best company to finally get out of our fixed week timeshare, as we were told couldn't be resolved. Working with Juan Pimentel was such a blessing. He was professional, showed compassion for our situation. He made a complicated process feel manageable, especially doing everything thru the computers. He kept us informed all the time and always answered our questions. He was in contact with the resort and us as this was resolved quicker than we ever expected. It was resolved in 12 weeks. He followed thru and kept us informed to the very end which alot of people don't do anymore. We are truly grateful for his supported and we highly recommend him and Linx Legal to anyone looking to cancel a timeshare.
