I am extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order for a PlayStation Plus Premium gift card and paid €18 for it. Instead of delivering what I ordered, they sent me a $10 gift card by mistake. Because I needed the subscription that exact day and they sent the wrong item, I was forced to buy an additional $10 gift card myself just to have enough balance. When I contacted customer service about their mistake, their response was absolutely ridiculous. They tried to claim that because I now have two $10 gift cards, it "equals" the PlayStation Plus Premium card—completely ignoring the fact that I had to pay for the second card myself! Because of their error, I am now out €28 instead of €18, just to get what I originally paid for. Their customer service refuses to understand the situation, refuses to admit their mistake, and refuses to refund the €18 for the incorrect item they sent. This is hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had. They took my money and refuse to fix their own blunder. Avoid this shop at all costs! I will be contacting my payment provider to initiate a chargeback.
