Reference: 1382513075. The code is been purchased with us on: 17-04-2017, it looks from here that everything went oke activating the code. Very frustrating
Very frustrating. They told me my purchase had been passed to their Security Team because the email address did not match the one on PayPal. I only have one email address!! Kept getting passed around until eventually I got my code for Xbox Live Gold. Not using them again. One bad experience is enough.
A good website that you can trust BUT
A good website that you can trust! I bought 6 or 7 times and all the time I got my code. But the process to get your product is COMPLICATED! you have to pay and wait a first email, then a second one that will confirm you that they are checking a bit more your order (even after 6 times buying it's the same long process). Then a third email comes asking you to prove that it's your bank card that have done the payement so they require a picture of your card that you have to send via whats app or email. Then they will send you your code. The way it's done is good and they answer pretty quick. But I think they should make it quicker at least after the first order stop doing that. Thanks for reading
Pay with bitcoin to only get scammed for the amount you choose
I didn't trust them with my credit card and I certainly didn't trust them with the password for my online bank (seriously, how can they even ask for that?!), so I paid with bitcoin. Well, as expected, I got ripped off. Bitcoin confirms the transfer was made almost 12 hours ago, and yet I've still not received anything. I've just been on the live chat and they said: "We will forward this concern to our shop manager. rest assured that once the transaction is done we will give the code automatically." However, the transaction was done yesterday, so now they're obviously just BSing. Anyway, if you're going to use them, I'd strongly recommend you pay with bitcoin. I certainly made the right choice to not give them my credit card or online bank login! Edit: I'm changing my review to two stars, because I finally got my key (and it worked), even though it took 12 hours and I had to have this chat with customer service: Me: "I paid yesterday, but I still haven't gotten my key." Them: "I will check the system..." Them: "When you pay, you will get your key." Me: "I paid yesterday." Them: "I will check the system again." Them: "Alright, here is your key." I almost gave up in which case I would have probably never gotten my key. I guess they make a lot of money that way.

Frustrating customer experience
Tried several payment options, all seems shady. One of them actually asked for the password for my bank account!?! Another for my social security number. What? PayPal worked without asking for inappropriate information. But the order had to be manually verified (for my safety). This should take 20 min... After 20 HOURS i contacted customer support. They answered fast, late on a Saturday, and fixed the problem, I think. So plus points for that. No receipt or order confirmation received tho. Other than from PayPal confirming the transfer.
