Good service, although I had to wait a few extra days to recieve my order.

Good but lacking in support or clarincy

I purchased 12 month xbox subscription. Tried to use but wouldn't let me as my old sub hasn't expired yet. I contacted 24hrs live support and they want the code number and order number which I couldn't see or use due to being on the live support page. No assistance from the 24hrs support in getting it I had to do It. I put the order number in subject part before connecting to live support but was still asked for it once I was connected. They told me I would have to wait for my existing sub to finish then use the code as xbox said it was purchased from another region. I asked for a reference number for future reference if this code doesn't work and had no reply for 10 minutes. I was left hanging and had to log out. Make sure you don't buy until your sub has run out. Having 24hr live support is a good thing but when the support wants you to do all the work and then just leaves you hanging makes the support redundant. The 2 stars are because so far I'm not left with much confidence in case the code doesn't work and the support im not holding out much hope in way of support if it dosent and I need a new code or a refund.

Fair enough I got what I bought for in the end, but that was after me having to go on chat for over an hour back and forth, good service but when funds leave someone's bank account just give them the product don't make it a struggle

Game code was delayed to 17:00 on release day...

Code for Call of duty WW2 was not expected to be received until 17:00 on release day... I have never had this problem on other websites when buying codes... Will most likely never buy from this website again...

Bad experience!

Ordered 12 months xbox gold but the code wasn't working because of a region error. After contacting the support i had a new one in 2 hours. But still the same problem. I asked for a refund but they told me they need to sell my code first before i get a refund. After that it became quit. Still waiting for my refund! Order: 9628-1729357 I just reveived an email that my refunds will be on my bank account on this coming friday so fingers crossed. update: just received my refunds changing it to 2 stars.

If the company wants you to verify your identity, by sending pictures of your creditcard. Then I take my precautions and will not buy anything from this webside. I had already confirmed my identity, by using Visa´s verified by mobil number. :-) Probadly it´s no legal(Denmark) taking a picture of your card and sending it to another person. :-( But it´s up to other people to decide if it´s worth taking the risk. :-) So i cancelled the deal. :-(

First time I used and last time

First time I used and last time. Tried to place an order to get a call from bank regarding fraud on account, tried again using different card with just enough money on....just in case, for them to take money, not give me an order number straight away and for my order to be placed ‘in review’ for ‘around 20mins’. Did a second live chat and miraculously got given a code which did thankfully work. All in all a 5 minute order took almost an hour. Will stick with site I’ve found prior to this one from now on

First attempt and contacting live chat I was cut off and emailed saying contact within 24 hours had trouble getting back on chat when I did very helpful person managed to get our code to work had to log into website to do it and not through Xbox which was bit of a pain

Bought a 12 month xbox live …

Bought a 12 month xbox live subscription only to have it not work. I contacted xbox live to see if there was any problem on their end and was told that the code was sourced from Brazil and was region locked. Contacted livecards.co.uk and explained the situation and requested a refund. At first they seemed reluctant to give me my money back, going as far as to suggest that i change the region on my xbox just to get the code to work, but by the end of the conversation I was assured that I would receive a full refund within 48 hours, which I have.

Scanned code hard to read.

Code for xbox live gold 12 month was sent promptly, but the scanned image of the code was very low quality and virtually illegible. It was very hard to tell 6 and G, 0 and D, 8 and B apart and took over half an hour of trying different combinations to get it correct. Scanning at 300dpi using a mobile scanning app would produce better results than the image provided. I'm sure if they made some simple changes to their capture process it would save their customers and their support a lot of grief. If you have the same problem I would also recommend registering your xbox live code from your pc as it's far quicker to use the keyboard than the controller.

Says no hidden fees, but charges you extra for paying with a credit card and PayPal! Cheaper than buying somewhere else, but it took a while to set up and had to use the chat to help sort it out

They are selling the same Windows license multiple times. They are cheap for a reason. Buy att your own risk.

Zojuist heb ik mij ook maar moeten aansluiten bij de horde ongelukkigen... Order nummer 31763-1691533 Minecraft voor Windows 10 gekocht, maar na een extra instructie van de supportafdeling werkt de code nog steeds niet! Deze is eerder gebruikt krijg ik als melding iedere keer. Het was voor mijn zoontje die nu diep teleurgesteld wacht op de afloop. Graag ontvang ik z.s.m. een werkende code en anders geld retour.. kunnen we eventueel alsnog naar de winkel... Had to confirm I understand the PSN card's country, but not obvious it was a question (like the other listed questions). Didn't see any information about answering questions on email on the website when I ordered.

Failed succesfully

I bought a software license, which turned out not to be valid. The seller acknowledged that and made a refund. The refund was successful, and I had to buy the license elsewhere.

Got my key to work... but it takes a while before you get your key at least 20 min so be ready for that! Codes work and they offer fair price Dont offer 24/7 support if you can't live up to it

Cheap and received the product quickly, but the overall experience was sketchy. Was offered an additional product (Civ6 Aztec DLC) at checkout at an apparently highly discounted price, but the product was already included in the game for free.

I bought a windows 7 key and received the product through mail pretty fast. No problems there. But when the key arrived it wouldn´t work and i was unable to use it at Microsofts website to download my ISO-file. It might have been a problem from Microsofts side solely, i do not know. The costumer service through chat responded quickly but due to the fact that they had to check with Microsoft if the key was OK, it took some hours for me to receive the final answer. In the end i got a refund. I guess i´m happy with the response from livekort, but a bit stoked that i couldn´t use my windows key.
