Kindred is an amazing community of people who share their homes. We’ve hosted for more than 30 nights, and I love that we’re able to keep people out of Airbnb and not contribute to the decimation of the local housing community. The service that kindred offer in terms of cleaning, responding and checking in on everything is outstanding

So far kindred had been really great to deal with. Their concierge service is excellent and very responsive. I've not had any negative hosting sessions. Kindred seems to have a zero tolerance policy towards bad actors, Ive not experienced anything negative thus far, but if I do I hope they will handle it accordingly.
I love swapping with fellow users and being in a space with personality. Kindred was a great way to facilitate this exchange with having to do a direct swap.

What an amazing concept! Swaps can be hard with scheduling, but the credit model makes it all easier. Plus my hosts have been so friendly with sharing their space and local tips! And the Kindred team is extremely responsive, the platform is very well operated. Plus the cost savings is incredible! Huge fan!
so grateful that I found this platform. We hosted many years on Airbnb but it’s just not fun anymore, we host out of our primary residence and Airbnb guests are demanding now and prices have fallen. On Kindred, the guests are so kind! The credits are super useful. They make it so easy to host, I love how they pay for the cleanings and send out a Cleaner after the guest so that I get home to a fully clean house !

Great to travel using Kindred. Much more ethical than air BnB and more relaxing than hotels or hostels. Nice to be tourists with a real home to relax in.
I find that Kindred is a bit confusing to explain. Between the credits and cleaning fees, I do think that it’s worth it and a better and more affordable experience than airbnb. All in all, they deliver on what is promised and more. If you use their cleaners and photographers, they were very professional. So far both hosting and travelling have been easy. Their AI concierge is responsive though I’d still prefer a human.

We used Kindred for a recent trip to LA to visit our daughter. I would highly recommend! Everything was seamless from start to finish. Perfect place, great host and such a great way to travel. Felt right at home.

Was a bit hesitant at first and decided to jump right in. Hosted our first guest for 10 nights and it went very smoothly. Very comforting to realize that another person that cares about their own home is staying in ours! So now we have hosted and that went great and looking forward to being a great guest somewhere! 100% safe and recommended….
This worked just as well as Airbnb did but has a more personal connection.
Love the platform: have been using over a year, hosted over 50 nights, and always come back to my flat cleaner than I left it. The homes you find are beautiful, and only a fraction of what you have paid on Airbnb, especially during long stays. Love that these are real people’s homes, not just holiday rentals. Makes you feel at home everywhere you go.
