I’ve been hosting and traveling with Kindred for over a year and it has been life-changing for me. I was a host and traveled exclusively through Airbnb for a couple of years, but moving to New York City, the laws for hosting made it difficult. Kindred has been such a welcoming community and I’ve attended a few in person events and met other others who use the app as well. I’m also a part of the WhatsApp group where the developers consistently interact with and listen to the feedback from users. I love that I can utilize the cleaners through the app and the concierge so that I can enjoy my vacation rather than worrying about who’s in my home. I also love that my cat Luna can stay at the apartment as part of my profile, whoever stays in my place, agrees to take care of her. The use of credits has enabled me to travel to as far as Milan Italy, and to save money on accommodations. I highly recommend Kindred!
We LOVE hosting and being guests within the Kindred network. We always have a positive experience and have gotten to stay in lovely, well cared homes usually in great locations that we wouldn’t have access to otherwise! It’s really special to stay in a place that feels like a home and experience what home means to people all over the world. And as a host, I love knowing that the people staying in our home will approach it with a different perspective and care than if it was a random short term rental, which makes me feel safe to open my home to others. It really is a special, curated community.

Have enjoyed all of my exchanges. All the hosts and guests have gone out of their way to be considerate and kind. Would recommend to anyone who’s interested to give it a go.
Makes hosting really easy with bedding and cleaners provided! The support team are responsive and helpful, and the app is easy to use. However, choosing stays is quite limited at the moment as the platform is still growing - you need to be flexible with dates and location.

My experience with Kindred is hosting. Everything has worked smooth, and allaround experience has really been super good after getting started. The app used to crush quite a bit last year, but now things are evolving to better and the app is comfortable to use.
With my experience, can't wait to make my first trip as a guest within the Kindred community!
