As soon as you purchase minutes for someone in El Salvador they are not responsible if the person receives or not. They say you have to call the provider over there which is very difficult. Your reply is exactly what I am saying. You don't know how difficult if not impossible is to contact those providers.

I’m very happy with the service and how organized the website is and how easy it’s to top up my account. Connection is great most of the time. Last call was cut off out of nowhere even though I had plenty of minutes but that would be the first time. I’ve been a customer since around 2005.

Yet, there are some special situations to consider, for example when a call reaches the Voice Mail of the called party, the connection is established in order to send the voice message, thus these calls look as if connected and billed accordingly. Please star rate any problematic / suspicious call in the future, so we can get notified and investigate it.
