There is no column for remarks for delivery… I need my product to deliver to Shangri-la Hotel Singapore but to Valley Wing loading Bay and call me (92233451)upon delivering cause I am a staff and we can only accept parcel at the loading Bay and not the main hall/ lobby.
Now I am worried whether I am able to receive my goods or where you going to send the parcel to????
Is there a number that I can contact your office. Do you have an office In Singapore?

The product variation is poor, the stock level of a lot of products also poor, few of my OG brands I always get from LF is no longer available. The website layout is good. The check out process also good. Promotion awareness is good. Products description, ingredients and instruction are good but some need more pictures especially for the variety of shades to show the color. Overall great experience and can improve more in the product variety. 👌🏻

Thoroughly enjoy using Lookfantastic for my skincare. I am introduced to so many different brands, getting such good discount, I'm so very happy!
Customer service is stellar, when you reach out to them, they are always prompt to help and provide the correct solutions.
They have recently improve their delivery to Malaysia as well, getting updates at each stage of the shipping.
This is my go to site for skincare!
