I love shopping at Look Fantastic because you have the brands that I use/love. Not to mention irresistible deals that make me buy more than I intended to - all the time! LOL.

prices of items are attractive but I can’t track the status of my purchases other than a FedExp delivery screen that doesn’t help at all!

The rang of products aren't complete
The rang of products aren't complete. The price of all products have increased so much, becoming more expensive compared to the other skincare website.

Limited delivery option
Overall the purchase journey is good but unfortunately i unable to choose delivery option to Express DHL. The system automatic detect Malaysia and prompt normal tracked delivery at RM 48. If to have an option for express delivery will be great!
Looking forward the product soon. Many thanks!

Stocks are limited (most products are usually sold out) and delivery usually takes a while to arrive in Malaysia. There aren't enough free gifts /samples with every order.
