No delivery after 1 month. CS keeps asking same questions to waste time
I made my first order 289147830 with free non-tracked delivery in good faith. I contacted CS after my order did not arrive one month later. Customer service kept asking the same questions in which i have answered. It is as if they trying to waste my time so i can eventually stop asking for a full refund. So when i asked if any one of have read through the thread of messages, the response from CS stopped. If i have seen these bad reviews from trust pilot, I probably would have not proceed with the order. Super disappointed with this company.

my this order value is over 300 usd , they promised my package will arrive june 23rd,now its july 12th, check this package everyone, arrive in my city since july 3, but no update after that, no answer ,no phone call phone, no email reply from you people at all, i have been waiting for over 2 months ! no answer at all!

Everything is wrong with the company and how the handle Customer order. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
1. Bad Customer Service - don't expect a reply at all
2. No Tracing - 2 months and still waiting......despite the Covid-19 - they dont delivered, they can't track, nobody knows where you order is
3. - and 0 delivery....none was delivered!
4. I need 0 star as the worst ever company I've ever purchased.
5. If you have plan to buy from here, expect this is a scammed company. I am still waiting for my orders dated 2 months back (April and now its June - and received none)
My placed my order 209644427 from look fantastic Singapore on 15/4/2020 they dispatched my order on 17/4/2020 the expected time arrived is 24/4/2020-1/5/2020 but until today 23May 2020 I haven't receive my order yet. I try to contact their customer Service to refund this order,but they totally ignore my msg and marked my msg as completed. Hey？Don't fool me okay？ All I want now is just refund my money ASAP. I don't want to wait anymore or else I will report to the police about how u cheat customers money and ask my youtuber friends to make a video about how u cheat on customers money by not sending the items to them and ignore customers msg let others know this is a scam company.
Really really dreadful company! I was so patient and nice at first, asking them where my items are because it had been a month since I ordered it. They just simply told me that my parcel is on its way. Soon, I told them to take action and one of their staff responded that they will give me a refund or a replacement if I requested it. I replied, asking them if they knew where my items are instead of just seeking a refund first because after all I’ve waited for a long time and I didn’t want my wait to be futile! Guess what? No one responded after that! And hence I asked for a refund and once again, no response at all! So the items were paid for nothing? Seriously? If I could provide all that evidence of that conversation I had with all their staff and how they just simply ignored me I would post them here!
Only order if you're willing to wait indefinitely for your package
Placed an order on the 3rd of April, the estimated delivery date was on or before the 19th April. Items didn't arrive on the stipulated date so I contacted their customer service to check on the status and was informed that NOTHING can be done until a 30 day time period has come to pass from the date of despatch. Contacted them several times again regarding their delivery schedule given that their website clearly states that their delivery is "uninterrupted" notwithstanding the Covid situation. Informed them that I was not going to wait indefinitely given that the items ordered were essential and if they have lost my parcel i can proceed to make alternative arrangements. Got the same response again - they're not willing to do anything until the 6th of May. The customer service is deplorable. Advertising that the delivery service is uninterrupted is gross misrepresentation. Don't bother ordering if you're not from the UK. Im dreading the refund process.
