Along with some other items, I ordered the 4oz Pine Pollen tincture. When I received the package and opened it, there was a strong smell of pine pollen, and the bottle was just a little over half full. I called and was asked to leave a message concerning this. Shortly after, I got a call back from an extremely pleasant and positive young lady whose name was Kelli, I believe. She apologized and said she'd get me a replacement out right away, and that is just what she did! That young lady is a credit to your company.
