Only been taking it for 1 week. Not felt positive results yet. Also, I'm not satisfied with the plastic packaging. There is a small hole in clear plastic bag. It has spilled into outer packaging and is making a mess of the whole process of preparing this mushroom supplement. I'm disappointed. A reply would be appreciated.
