I ordered two bottle of premium liquor and it took one month to complete the order. Upon inspection Makers Mark #46 was shipped rather than the significantly more expensive Makers Mark #46 French Oaked Cask Strength that I ordered and paid for. So far this has been a complicated and frustrating experience and I would just like to get what I ordered.
I understand that the product I ordered is difficult to find and I appreciate that LnL ultimately shipped it to me. However, it arrived in two separate shipments over a period of more than two weeks. I was charged at the time I placed the order, which was somewhat concerning since this was my first time ordering from LnL. Even so, I was willing to wait. My concern is that I emailed LnL requesting updates on the status of my order and never received any communication or response

Paid for two day shipping and a month later still haven’t received my items that I paid for. And they kept wanting me to wait until they got around to shipping it even though I’ve told them to refund all of my money. So I called my credit card company and got refunded the full amount and they’re investigating the matter which is an open and shut case. I have all emails from this shady ass company. STAY FAR AMD CLEAR FROM LOSTNLIQUIOR!!!!!!
Our note was not included. That causes confusion and rework. Given we paid for it along with wrapping a company only gets one chance to make a good first impression.

UPS intercepted my order at Nashville TN. LNL has been nothing but excellent correcting this, Received my order today from USPS.
Project was ordered on May 9 and was just delivered yesterday. Company never responded to any of my correspondence asking about tracking numbers or delivery status. Will never order from them again. Warning to other customers.
Wonderful, I sent my friend a bottle of Mezcal for his birthday. It got there two days early!
Best packaging ever for a shipped bottle.. However, the 2nd day air shipping i paid for took 2 full weeks. Also, The Boss Hog VIII always comes with a pewter Hog stopper/cork, which has a value and makes it collectable. Mine came with standard plain cork.
Cheaper brands. Can purchase more and ships to Mississippi.

Product was better than ordered but it took over 1 week just to process the order, and another week to ship. But over all very pleased with the transaction.
These people are crooks. I ordered 12 bottles of Hendricks on May 26. UPS sent me an email saying it had been delivered to their center. I went...no package. UPS was awful, they would not help me. Finally their customer service told me the package had "been seized" in Nashville (I live in Florida). I finally got in touch with Jalen, and over the past two weeks he has been promising delivery by last Friday. No delivery. I emailed Jalen yesterday about my missing order and his response was "your order was delivered, was the bottle count correct?" And today they won't answer my emails, my phone calls or the text on their app. I can only surmise they are crooks. I hope I can get my money back but I am not optimistic. STAY AWAY
Service and delivery time was excellent. Pricing is great! I saved a couple of hundred bucks on the 12 year Pappy's.

My bottles are stuck in UPS in Nashville and I can't get anyone on the phone or email. They communicated with me at first but now I can't get anyone one the phone and they aren't returning my emails. SERVICE SUCKS!!
Updates to an order should not take more than a week. When a customer inquiry comes in via email - someone should be able to respond in a timely fashion. After waiting 8 business days w/o an update - I sent an email - no response. Sent another email this morning. Awaiting......
