Brought an Hermes constance to go for authentication however Loveholic gave the opinion which said that the bag was fake . However bag was personally purchased from Hermes store . After which the bag was brought to famous Hermes reseller store LuxLexicon and it was certified with Authenticity . Not an accurate certification from Loveholic

First of all, we would like to clarify that your request was to have the bag authenticated specifically by Entrupy. We are the facilitator as one of the Entrupy partners in Singapore.
From Entrupy’s assessment, there wasn’t enough evidence to suggest the bag is authentic. Hence, an authentication certificate was not issued.
For the interest of the buyer, we suggested to either bring the bag to Hermes for bag servicing or get a second opinion from bababebi - who is renowned worldwide in authenticating Hermes. We offered to refund the authentication fee if Hermes/bababebi has confirmed the authenticity of the bag. You were not comfortable with our suggestions.
As a facilitator, we have taken reasonable steps and highlighted the pros & cons. It is up to the buyer to decide whether to proceed with the transaction. It’s not a small sum of money after all and we highly recommend to take precautions when there are conflicting opinions. Authentication is both an art and a science.
As a gesture of goodwill, if you have validated with bababebi or Hermes, we are happy to refund the Entrupy authentication fee. Have a great day!
Item is as described and service was fast and prompt! I enquired, and within 20 min, secured my lady dior. That happened at abt 7 .45pm. By 12.45 pm next day, item was already delivered! Altho there was no box as per described, they were nice enough to put in into a nice black box. Very happy with the service! Will be back for more
Excellent & really pleasant pre-during-post buy experience with Loveholic! :)

I've purchased two Celine bags now from Loveholic and had very good experiences. Photos of the items sent were thorough and conditions were as described. Deliveries were trackable, entrupy certs sent out promptly, and I really appreciate their attention to detail in packaging. They handle high-value items and made me feel like a valued customer. I'll not hesitate to buy from the again! Highly recommend.
Bought my first bag from Loveholic and item came in brand new perfect condition. Colour was perfect, delivery was super quick and seller is super friendly too. Definitely not going to be my first time shopping with them!
Did my bit of research online and read all of the positive reviews for Loveholic.sg before deciding to take the plunge to purchase my first Chanel bag (ever!) from this seller (bought a vintage small diana).
The entire process from initial messaging to receiving the bag took 6 days and the team at Loveholic was so patient and helpful with all of my questions and follow ups as I monitored the parcel status of my bag the entire way.
When I eventually received the bag - it was so carefully packaged to make sure it arrived safely and securely and wow! The condition of the bag is even better in person, the leather is soft and buttery, cannot tell that it was made all the way back in 1994!
Thank you to the Loveholic.sg team for the lovely experience and I would not hesitate to repurchase from them if something amazing pops up again!
Was a little nervous making a big purchase online but was very assured as it came with the entrupy cert as well as reading many good reviews about loveholic. Bag came in perfect condition as described & will be looking forward to using my first chanel dream bag. Thank you for the lovely experience!
