Extremely smooth experience with Loveholic! The bag I purchase was in near prefect condition. The best part was that I was able to receive the bag within 2 hours of purchasing it via the website. Overall a fantastic experience shopping with them. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase luxury items.
This is my 8th time buying from loveholic.sg. Customer service is excellent! Every question is answered in a timely manner before purchasing. She’s very pleasant to message with. Payment plans are available which I used for most of my purchases and she’s patience from beginning to end. I live in the United States and it only takes 2-3 days before I receive my handbags and small leather goods. The quality of the handbags are beyond my expectations. My three most recent purchases: Chanel classic flap Lambskin, Hermes Kelly 28 Box leather and Chanel Medium Business Affinity Caviar are so amazing! I would only shop from loveholic! Thank you so much for the wonderful experiences!
Made my 1st purchase with Loveholic. Absolutely fuss free. Every query was attended to as detailed as possible. Delivery was prompt. Trustworthy seller. Thank you for the amazingly smooth purchase experience.
Loveholic did a really good job with selling my bag! They took really nice photos of my bag for their website and I also constantly see them promoting my bags on their IG page. Before loveholic, I consigned my bags with another reseller cos their fees were much cheaper ($100 per bag) but they didn’t take nice photos of the bags and didn’t promote the bags much on their channels so my bags were left unsold for 6 months or so. Loveholic sold them in less than 3 months! And they are a reputable store with very nice storefront and I’m very pleased with their fuss-free service. Highly recommend consigning your bags with them!
Easy transaction and process. My bag got delivered to me so fast and beautifully just as described. Thank you!!! So in love with my newest Chanel❤️
Quality not too bad ,but I don’t feel they honest at all,
Anna visited our store during her trip to Singapore and bought one bag with us after viewing our collection at our store. Shortly after her first purchase - while she's still in Singapore, she bought another bag from us. She contacted us for the 3rd time towards the end of her trip about a brand new Pop H necklace - this time she asked for a 30% discount, citing she bought 2 bags from us and deserves a big discount. Unfortunately, we were able to accommodate as the item was acquired directly from boutique with only a small fee included. She was not happy and did not take the necklace in the end. Transparency is very important to us - our prices & condition are listed clearly on our website. Viewing is always encouraged to ensure you are happy with the bag before committing on a purchase. We have reached out to her to understand about her concerns - there is no response.
It was a fuss free shopping experience! Been eyeing few bags from the site and finally pulled the trigger after seeing a vintage bag that was in an excellent condition and really good price point. So pleased with my purchase!
Fuss-free online shopping! Staff were friendly and prompt. The bag was exactly true to pic! :)
Wat turn out to be is a true experience at the end. Email prompt with a coloured certificate of authentication Glad to have you guys around for people like us misplaced our certificate!
Hunted the chanel gabrielle backpack in excellent condition for quite sometime, finally found one through Loveholic with a good price and guaranteed authenticity! Very happy with their service eventhough Im an overseas client (sent lots of pictures to satisfy my trust issues when buying outside the boutique). Also, they have an office address which is a plus so we know its a legit registered singaporean business not some random reseller. Thank you Loveholic!
Bought a bag from Loveholic for the first time after following them for so long. The team responded promptly and the entire purchase process was seamless. Received my bag within 24hours via delivery and condition was perfect as described. Will definitely purchase my next bag from them too ❤️
Absolutely thrilled with my Chanel medium flap in Beige caviar purchase! The Chanel bag is in pristine condition 9.8/10, as per description and pictures. I decided to dropped by Loveholic office to view the bag in person (bcs its my first time buying from them) and was greeted by Elaine. She makes me feel super welcome. Their collections of bags (Celine, Dior, Chanel, Hermes) are all very nice. I highly recommend Loveholic if you're looking for a brand new or pre-loved luxury bags.
I have bought a brand new bag from a carouseller, however, I had some concerns on the authentication of the bag due to the stitching. I have decided to fix an appointment with Loveholic to authenticate the bag. Upon seeing the box and packaging of the bag, the experts in Loveholic had advised that there are some telltale signs but they have also assured me that they will get Entrupy to have a detail look and provide further advise. The turnaround for authentication is fast, it took 1 working day and it turns out that the bag is not authentic. I was in distress as I wasn’t sure if I can get my money back. Loveholic has advice on various solutions that I can look at for the dispute and that gave me a lot of assurance. This issue is finally resolved with seller refunding the money back to me. I am grateful that Loveholic handholds me throughout this process and have shared various cases that they have experience handling before. Thank you for being so professional 🙏🏻
Within 2 months, Loveholic helped me to source 2 brand new bags that were running very low in stock globally as no new stock of those specific models was being released anymore. The prices were good for designs that were hard to find and in high demand. The bags reached me in great condition. My queries were patiently handled, especially during my first ever experience with them in November 2023 when I had plenty of noob questions to ask. I’m impressed by their sourcing abilities and will turn to them again to hunt my next hard-to-find luxury bag!
Bought my luxury dream bag from Loveholic and it was a very fast and smooth transaction. Received my bag within 3hrs and it was in mint condition. Would definitely patronise Loveholic from now on 👍🏼
Engaged loveholic to source for a bag. They did it so quickly, offered a more than reasonable price & the item came in tip too condition. They were very patient with answering any queries I had as well. Great experience and definitely highly recommended!
I have purchased twice now from loveholic and both times the handbags were immaculate! Absolutely love how honest they are about any flaws as they genuinely want their customers to be happy with their products. They are very responsive and attentive which I love! Thank you so much - I have more bags on my wishlist and you are genuinely the first website I check!
Wonderful piece at a reasonable price. Most importantly, bag is as described. Seller is very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!
The transaction was smooth and the bag was as described on their website. Everything was great! :)
Loveholic is my go to for sourcing luxury handbags. Their sourcing service is unbelievable! Each request of mine had a turnaround time of max. 1/2 day(s). Highly knowledgeable about the luxury market (bags and watches) and always guides me right. Their pricing is extremely competitive. Have purchased a few bags in a short span of 3 months and more to come. Their attention to quality and condition of bags deserves a special mention. Am really glad I found the service. Thank you!
