I needed to do a return they responded back very fast and my refund was processed with an 24 hours. I like the fact when you’re a value customer sometimes they let you keep the return items and that just give you the opportunity to give it others who may need it.

After I completed my order and got the receipt in my email, I realised that I needed to change the shipping address. I immediately sent an email to Customer Service and it was promptly updated.

I've only ordered one item from them so…

I've only ordered one item from them so far, but I intend to do it again. I ordered a red and black ombre colored fedora. I got it on sale and it was about $15 with the shipping. It didn't take very long at all to get my package. Maybe 2 weeks.....if that. I wasn't sure what to expect from this fedora, as I had ordered a black one from a different website with much better reviews (though, I do not know why that is), paid twice as much, and that hat had arrived smooshed. It took me many hours and a can and a half of starch to fix THAT hat. .......But, NOT the one I received from Lovely Wholesale! It arrived in perfect shape! Not only that, the quality is fantastic. It's thick, it's sturdy, it's very well made and the color is a perfect "devil red," my favorite! I get tons and tons of compliments every time I wear it. Everybody always wants to know where I got it......and I tell them! 😉🙂

This is a wonderful site where you can get gorgeous clothes at a reasonable price!! There was a mistake on my order and I needed to change the color of the item before it ships( They ship fast!) and within 24 hours I received not one but three responses assuring me the color was changed and that it was reflected in my order, I couldn’t be happier!

Returning Items

Love the clothes! First order was great! The second order was a mess order 8/28/22 due to arrive 9/9/2022-9/11/2022 package been stuck in customs since 9/2/2022 you can’t find a number to call them I had to send 3 emails before a reply stating there was a logistical problem. Asking if I want a refund or resend. So now I am on pins and needles hoping the package get to me before my cruise 🤬😡 I just feel they should have been done notice if there was a problem with this package

I paid for fast shipping for my order to come for a event I had coming up they gave me a date of 9-13-2022 to 9-16-2022 and it didn’t arrive I had to cancel due to my order not arriving its 9-19-2022 and the it’s still haven’t came I reached out to customer service they told me I couldn’t get a refund because it was shipped it was still in hon kong I will never shop again you can’t expect your customers to pay for fast shipping and for the items to come at the free shipping rate

I am still waiting for someone to contact me, this is a third week, when my money is taken and no further help. Impossible to get through via phone or chat . Prices are going up, no help or support with my query. How this horrible customer service is allowed. So disappointing
