I placed an order on the site an entered in my address for shipping my payment method was Apple Pay which is still linked to an old address somehow. I paid 30 x2 for the orders to get here on time an they went to the wrong address so I have the emails where they only gave me $9 refund on one order then said they won’t do anything about the order that cost the most. I’ve gone over this for weeks my birthday was the 15th an they are talking to me like a dummy I’ve had 3 different representatives none read the messages from before so I’m just repeating myself for nothing. They just keep saying we don’t refund fright okay refund my order that I didn’t get that’s what I’m asking. I will include the messages below if they will allow me too. I never received my items even though in their system it said delivered. The kept sending me to the Post Office and asking for a letter which states it was never delivered, which is unheard of. Then they wanted to charge me again to have everything reshipped and I spent over $100 on my order.

If I could rate negative Stars I would. All the
swim suit products I purchased were not as seen in picture. Cheap material,looked nothing like the pictures. I was so devastated When I received my order. Then the return process is a big hassle. I have ordered from twice my problem with them is that you can still purchase items that are not available and they didnt say anything at all about it. They just refund you and send whats left on the order. I had that happen twice. Last time i had a 7 item order and only 2 items was available if i had known that after waiting a month i would have canceled my order and i was charged shipping for 2 items. Emails are standard and they say the same thing no matter how u word your email. They will never get money from me again it is deceitful!

I received my order today and none of the items are as pictured. They are of very very cheap and poor quality. A lot of my items were missing and I received a duplicate of a single item that I ordered. Everything was crammed into a very small box. The clothes smell funny also.These clothes are too terrible for them to possibly remain in business. Then they had the nerve to put a review card into the box that lead me to this site. Really?? Poor quality all round and I came out over £21 lighter because of postage and VAT not being refunded I was trying to return the whole order back to the company then I went online and I found the company help which is ₑᵢɢₕₜ ʄₒᵤᵣ ʄᵢᵥₑ five2ₒₙₑ seven ᵗʷᵒ ᶠᵒᵘʳ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ THE COMPANY ADMITTED THEIR MISTAKE THE DRESS WHICH IS GOT IS NOTHING LIKE UN THE PICTURE AT ALL the customer care team was great in helping to get my return and money back after that I was able to MAIL BACK THE WHOLE ORDER I made my first and last purchase from this online store in January. It took two months, reporting then to the BBB, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

I wouldn't even leave a star if I didn't have to! I ordered a big order and they sent me all the same colors of most of my stuff and wrong sizes. They made me pay for the shipping and now they won't give me my money back. I have over hundred emails I have reported them to the fraud department of my bank and I'm currently working with the Better Business BUREAU!!! They owe me 143.00 and I have all the proof that I send my stuff back. I have all the pictures. From my order and what I returned at the USPS STORE WITH EMPLOYEE IN THE PICTURE AND THEY STILL WON'T GIVE ME MY REFUND. I WAS ACTUALLY GOING TO REBUY THE STUFF THEY MESSED UP ON. BUT NOW I WOULD NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE THIEVES. THEY KEEP SENDING ME the same emails asking for the tracking it's been two months that they received my stuff. Don't pay with a prepaid credit card because they don't help you for nothing. I've contacted my police department. We can't find any working number for them. How does a company not have a phone number? I will get my money back one way or another. Even if I have to hire a lawyer.
