I placed an order on the site an entered in my address for shipping my payment method was Apple Pay which is still linked to an old address somehow. I paid 30 x2 for the orders to get here on time an they went to the wrong address so I have the emails where they only gave me $9 refund on one order then said they won’t do anything about the order that cost the most. I’ve gone over this for weeks my birthday was the 15th an they are talking to me like a dummy I’ve had 3 different representatives none read the messages from before so I’m just repeating myself for nothing. They just keep saying we don’t refund fright okay refund my order that I didn’t get that’s what I’m asking. I will include the messages below if they will allow me too.
