somehow managed to get my dollar back from this company Not at all what was described in the pictures. I ordered two cotton dresses online and when they arrived they were not as described in terms of sizing. One item never appeared at all and the other item appeared in two different materials and in faded awful color. The email they send you is just an electronically no reply set up I went online did small research via Facebook and google and able to get the HELP INFO OF THIS COMPANY Eight 𝚏ₒᵤᵣ 𝚏ᵢᵥₑ 𝚏ᵢᵥₑ ₜ𝚠ₒ ₒₙₑ ₛₑᵥₑₙ ₜ𝚠ₒ 𝚏ₒᵤᵣfive THE company admitted their mistake and the customer team was outstanding and awesome in getting my return shipping and amount back Absolutely a lesson learn for me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
First time ordering from @lovelywholesale and I won't order again received my package today and I'm missing 3 items. Cant get a hold of anyone in customer service. Fb message is just sending me a generic message. No number to call. Ridiculous I spent a lot of money with them I super upset!
Lovely whole sale is basically a scam!! Clothes are not how looked on picture my birthday is now ruin!! The zipper on the pants came broken and the pants literally look like trash bags ! I asked for a refund ... I paid $80 and they give me a $4 refund “20 percent” that is ridiculous and something needs to be done about this website !

Terrible company, poor quality clothing, no morals and terrible customer service! DO NOT USE!
I purchased some items which were described as a brown 2 piece. I paid for shipping and then had to pay for duty tax which the company said they would refund. The total I spent was £414. When the goods arrived they were red. I thought they had sent the wrong items so I contacted them but they stated that the items were correct but colour may look slightly different in the light. I sent pictures etc to show that the items I purchased and the items I received were 2 completely different colours. The company offered a 15$ refund. This is the worst wholesale experience. The clothes are extremely poor quality and they are knowingly misleading customers.

I honestly wouldn’t give them one star if it would allow me to write this review without it. First their ordering process is fairly easy. It’s contacting customer service THATS a nightmare when you receive a product that’s not what your ordered. I will NEVER order from them again. The FALSE advertising done it for me.

Ordered $200 worth of clothes. Items were missing and emailed about refund months ago. Just now hearing from someone February 2021, when I made my purchase September 1, 2020. Still have yet to get refund when they keep stating it was refunded and even sent a screenshot of my account used. I will never order from this site again. If items are out of stock why are they even on your site as an item!!!

I ordered eight items and when the box came it was missing one and I had to email them to find out why and it was missing they did not tell me initially why it was missing. But they did get back to me and told me the reason why I didn’t get it was the item was not in stock and they refunded the money so that’s good.

I ordered from this company twice and both big purchases, and both times my items wasnt like the pictures online. The quality of the clothing is very bad . I contacted them via email and ask for a refund . They will not give me a refund . So I filed a dispute with paypal. I hate this company. I love their clothing and the other products they have they do also communicate with you if you write them to try and resolve the issue or questions you may be having I have been ordering from them the last two years and have only had a few issues with shipping but they do try to help
I order my items 12/18/20 and got them 1/9/21. For my taste it took to long for shipment. Then to add insult to injury the clothes were not good quality not even come closer to ok quality. got 2 jumpsuit in a medium and still was big in the crotch area. i will not buy anything from this site an i would recommend no one does or you will be disappointed
