I ordered my children's clothing on 17/7/20
They turn up weeks later
Had missing items so I chat to someone and email them and said I dont want them now so plz do not send out to me and I got clothing for the kids holiday with the dad so to send back as the clothing come late so I tryed to send them back and its was going to cost me to send back 45 I hot ripped clothing they sent me to
And its September now now still got the ripped clothing and the kids clothing as they didnt fit any of them
And still not had the miss clothing and not had refund this is the worst I have had and I will be not shoping with them I have about 24 email about the miss clothing and all the chat messages and not one email back from them 🤥🤨☹ I spent 200 I have lost it now please do not buy of them

Items were cheap itchy materials and the measurements did not match up at all. Over a month later and I'm still back and forth with their customer service trying to return these items and get a refund for an item i never even received. Garbage company.

I ordered and cancelled the same day. After reading the reviews, I decided to cancel while my payment was still pending. I sent a chat request to cancel, they gave me some lie about escalating it to cancel and I would receive a email. Why would you need to escalate a cancellation it makes no sense that was the first red flag. Then I NEVER got a email and I NEVER got the cancellation as promised and they NEVER refunded me. This was my first time ordering and after reading the reviews and the scam to steal my money claiming it was already processed it is some bull. First of all Paypal will notify you once the refund is processed, I have a business account with Paypal I know the process. Secondly the good reviews are scams no one is happy and received there package in 2 weeks people are saying 2 months and they are not getting the product that was advertised. My issue is my money, I am disputing since they are scamming to steal I would have never got a refund from them. thank god Paypal is taking care of it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY STOLE MY MONEY.

I sent the screen shot of the chat that included the fake ticket number. And the rep said my order was canceled and refunded. I told her I did not get a email as promised nor did Paypal get the request. So stop replying with this generic response you give everyone on this website. Do not order from this website. They are completely unprofessional and do not like to issue refunds for their false advertisements. I ordered 6 items. They each came but looked nothing like the pictures that were advertised. The color and the clothing material were not the same. I have tried to get I contact with Custmer service to get a refund but basically I will be spending more money to ship the items back because they are saying they do not provide shipping labels. Over all I am completely dissatisfied. Will never order again.

Do not buy from this site. The products I have purchased certainly matched the price (low quality) and it’s a rare find when I received something actually decent. Not to mention, should a mailing mishap ever occur, customer support is terrible. When I emailed them about my package being sent back due to labeling error LovelyWholesale made (misprinting my address therefore making it nonexistent) they have declined to take accountability or responsibility even with photo evidence (kindly provided by the post office). LovelyWholesale is simply shady, unprofessional, and unethical. Save yourself the stress and frustration they’re certainly not worth it.

Bought a big order of pants which took forever to come in. Been online back and forth with customer service for over a week trying to send items back and get a refund. Pants are not the same color or style as what is shown on the internet pictures. I asked before I bought them did they have elasticity and was told yes. Get the pants and they do not. So I was sent a completely different order than what I wanted. I Wanted to order another order of pants but the way I’m getting the run around with them having me send them the same information over and over is wrong.

I've been purchasing from LV wholesale for about a year now and each time it's been a pretty good experience, at times the size will be off when buying men's clothes but overall it's a great site to get cute items at a great price.
first order with lovely wholesale was lukewarm. jean clothes and t-shirts ok but dresses are terrible. the print on the fabric is poorly done. the yellow two piece looks like a dress sloppily cut in half. the top is smaller than a bra and the skirt is uneven and no hem. and of course for a week now trying to contact them, the servers are busy 24/7/365.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered a shirt and pair of pants, paid 15 in shipping, and waited 2weeks to get my stuff. The size chart on the pants were off by easily 4in- 10 in i got the size that would of been 4 in too big when the elastic band was fully stretched. I couldnt get the pants above mid- thigh. I contacted LovelyWholesale for a exchange or refund and they offered me a $3 refund or 5% discount(which doesnt cover shipping or even taxes.) Not the full refund or exchange when clearly the size charts were wrong.

I didn't recieve majority of my order. What I received was another customer's order that is from Detroit, MI I won't place her name here because it isn't our fault that someone placed my name sticker onto her package. Moreover I have contacted lovelywholesale numerous times to either resend me what I ordered or send me a sticker to return these items and refund me my money, however they continue to argue that my order was sent therefore they won't be moving forward and or helping to satisfy me as their customer that has spent hundreds of dollars into this company over time. Also in other emails trying to make communication with them they have stopped responding to me. I am so tempted to contact this woman that I received her package and maybe she has mine. I will never again order from lovelywholesale this isn't my first order from them, my other orders came to me in satisfactory condition thus the reason I continued to shop on this site. So based off of my experience I won't order here again and also I will report this issue to the BBB because I paid money for items and I didn't recieve them but lovelywholesale has my items and My money.
I HAVE been in communication with lovelywholesale for a few days now and they are telling me to contact my local post office and they continue to tell me that my order was shipped and delivered. Mind you I put in many ticket orders and all of the representatives respond the same, now they're writing nonsense on my review.

I bought 2 outfits both a size small. They arrived quickly. One of the outfits fit like a size large on me although it indicated it was a size small. So, I attempted to request a refund for the too big outfit through their online portal, but it never worked. It continuously gave error messages although I attempted over a course of several days. I then sent an email to their customer service. After several back and forth emails over a course of 2 1/2 months, (because they take so long to respond) I still have not received a refund although the item was sent back to them. I even emailed them proof that the item was delivered back to them, and they told me they are working on my refund and to please wait. That was the last correspondence. It has been about 3 weeks now, and I still have not received a refund. So they really just received free money from me, because I have no refund or the item anymore. This has been a back and forth thing for a little over 3 months. Overall, I would say their customer service sucks when it comes to returns. Please be weary about what you purchase from them, because it will be difficult to get your money back.

Lovelywholesale has an issue with taking accountability when mistakes happen, especially when it is an error created by their system. I have been going back and forth with them for 2 months. Very disappointed. I only tried this company because a YouTuber gave rave reviews. Big mistake. I ordered what they described as a trench coat however the material is so thin there is no way this is a coat it is clearly a long top. Tried to submit a ticket and it wont go through.
